The management of Abia State University (ABSU), Uturu, has provisionally lifted the suspension of Prof. Nnamdi Nwaeze of the Department of Economics following an official plea from the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU-ABSU). Prof. Nwaeze was previously interdicted for publicly expressing concerns regarding low academic salaries on Facebook.
